Installation Position

The unit is installed at the wastewater outlet from the kitchen sink. After passing through the grease trap, the treated water continues flowing into the public drainage system or a standard septic tank.

3-Stage Operating Principle

1. The food waste filter basket retains debris, food particles, and impurities.
2. The grease separation chamber is designed according to the water flow and tank structure, increasing the efficiency of separating floating grease from wastewater.
3. After approximately 7 days of accumulation, the grease can be discharged through the outlet pipe or collected into a separate container.

Installation & Usage Notes

1. The wastewater pipe should be directly connected to the grease separation chamber inlet.
2. The outlet pipe should be connected to the public drainage system to ensure stable water flow.
3. The grease trap should be placed on a level surface to maintain optimal treatment performance.
4. Before reuse, fill the tank with water until the inlet and outlet water levels are balanced to ensure proper grease separation efficiency.
5. During operation, regularly clean the filter basket and separation chamber to prevent clogging and maintain filtration performance.
