RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY
Return & Exchange Regulations

All coating products listed on the website https://atnewtech.vn/ are guaranteed to be genuine products from AT Newtech. Stainless steel equipment products have been registered with quality standards in accordance with Vietnamese regulations and construction laws.

All products supplied by AT Newtech come with after-sales service and warranty policies, ensuring no counterfeit or low-quality goods.

If the delivered products do not match your order, customers are entitled to request a return or exchange as follows:
1. Return & Exchange Period
Returns and exchanges are accepted within 48 hours from the time of delivery.
2. Conditions for Return & Exchange
AT Newtech accepts return and exchange requests in the following cases:

Products are defective due to manufacturer faults

Products do not meet the quality standards as announced by the manufacturer or as per the order
-
Exchange for the same product type with a larger capacity than originally purchased
Note:
In all cases, returned or exchanged products must be in new condition, with original packaging intact, and show no signs of tampering, opening, or modification.
3. Return & Exchange Procedure
Customers should send the product to one of the following AT Newtech locations:

Steps to follow:

When detecting defective or non-compliant products, customers must immediately stop using the product and contact the sales representative who handled the order to report the issue.

Agree with the responsible staff on the method, process, and timeline for return or exchange.

AT Newtech will deliver replacement products as agreed; or in case of returns, a refund will be issued corresponding to the returned product value via bank transfer or another mutually agreed method.
Important:
If the customer is aware (or should reasonably be aware) that the product is defective but continues to use it, AT Newtech will not be responsible or handle the case.
4. Return & Exchange Costs

All direct costs related to returning or exchanging products due to manufacturer defects or incorrect quality standards will be fully covered by AT Newtech.

In other cases, customers are responsible for any incurred costs or may visit the nearest AT Newtech distributor for assistance.
