SHIPPING & DELIVERY POLICY

AT NEWTECH TECHNOLOGY JOINT STOCK COMPANY provides nationwide delivery and cash-on-delivery (COD) services across Vietnam.

Customers are kindly requested to carefully inspect goods, compare products with accompanying documents and warranty cards (if any) before accepting delivery. In cases where someone else receives the goods on your behalf, inspection is still required. After successful delivery, AT NEWTECH will only be responsible for technical defects caused by the manufacturer (in accordance with Return/Exchange and Warranty policies). Other cases will not be our responsibility.
Please note: All products sold by AT NEWTECH are accompanied by valid documentation such as Sales Invoice, Delivery Note, Delivery Record, or VAT Invoice (upon request). Customers have the right to refuse delivery if at least one of these documents is not provided, ensuring product authenticity and protecting customer rights for returns and warranty.
Delivery time may be delayed due to factors such as incorrect address, customer unavailability, inability to contact the customer, natural disasters, fire, etc. If delays are caused by the company, we will contact you to reschedule an appropriate delivery time.
If the expected delivery time has passed and you have not received your order, please contact us immediately so we can resolve the issue as quickly as possible. If you wish to modify or cancel your order while it is still in transit, please notify AT NEWTECH for timely support.

Customers purchasing directly at the company’s headquarters or branches can receive goods on-site.
Please carefully inspect products and documents before acceptance.
Sales staff will provide all necessary documents, including Sales Invoice and VAT Invoice (if requested). Customers may request these documents if not provided promptly.

For customers in remote areas where AT NEWTECH cannot deliver directly, we will authorize reputable courier services such as VNPT, Viettel, or other logistics providers.
Customers must provide complete and accurate delivery information to ensure smooth processing and timely delivery. We are not responsible for delays or lost shipments caused by incorrect customer information.
Delivery time depends on the selected shipping method (express or standard) and is approximate:
- Order processing time: 0 – 1 day
- Shipping time: 3 – 5 days
Customers are required to inspect goods upon receipt. If there are any issues regarding product type, quality, or quantity, please notify us immediately for coordination with the courier service.

This method is typically applied for customers in remote provinces who have trusted contacts with bus operators.
AT NEWTECH will arrange delivery via passenger buses according to customer requirements.
Customers must provide accurate bus information, including:
- Bus company name
- Driver/assistant name
- License plate number
- Departure and arrival time
Customers must pay the full order value before shipment, or the bus operator must make full payment before receiving the goods. It is recommended that the receiver carefully checks the goods before acceptance.
Free delivery applies to orders valued from 600,000 VND or more within a 15 km radius from AT NEWTECH offices to designated bus stations.
