HƯỚNG DẪN LẮP ĐẶT BỂ TÁCH DẦU MỠ COMPOSITE HÌNH TRỤ ĐẶT NGẦM

✅ 1. Chuẩn bị trước khi lắp đặt

Xác định vị trí lắp đặt:
- Gần nguồn nước thải từ bếp, đảm bảo thuận tiện cho đường ống đầu vào – đầu ra.
- Không đặt dưới móng nhà hoặc nơi có tải trọng lớn (xe tải nặng đi qua).
Dụng cụ cần thiết:
- Máy xúc (nếu cần đào sâu).
- Thước đo, ống nivo.
- Ống nhựa thoát nước (PVC Φ90–160 tuỳ thiết kế).
- Xi măng, cát, đá, thép (để cố định và đổ bê tông bao quanh).
Kiểm tra sản phẩm:
- Đảm bảo bể không nứt vỡ, đầy đủ nắp đậy, cổ bể, phụ kiện lắp đặt.

✅ 2. Đào hố lắp đặt

Kích thước hố đào = Kích thước bể + khoảng hở tối thiểu 30–50cm xung quanh.
Chiều sâu hố = chiều cao bể + 10–20cm lớp lót đáy.

✅ 3. Lót đáy và đặt bể

Lót đáy hố bằng lớp cát hoặc đá mi dày 10–20cm, đầm chặt để tạo mặt bằng.
Dùng dây căn hoặc nivo để đảm bảo bể nằm ngang bằng khi đặt xuống hố.
Không để bể tiếp xúc trực tiếp với đất nền gồ ghề hoặc vật sắc nhọn.

✅ 4. Kết nối đường ống

Đường ống đầu vào:
- Kết nối từ bếp → đầu vào bể (cao hơn đầu ra 10–15cm).
- Dùng keo dán chuyên dụng để đảm bảo kín khít.
Đường ống đầu ra:
- Dẫn về hệ thống thoát nước chung hoặc bể xử lý tiếp theo.
Ống thông hơi (nếu có): Nối lên cao, tránh mùi quay ngược vào bếp.

✅ 5. Cố định và lấp đất

Đổ bê tông bao quanh (tuỳ tải trọng khu vực):
- Bê tông đá 1×2, mác 200–250.
- Dày 10–15cm xung quanh thành bể nếu khu vực có giao thông.
Lấp đất/đá quanh bể: Từng lớp 20–30cm, đầm chặt đều.
Bảo vệ cổ bể & nắp trong quá trình lấp.
