ECOPROTEC COMPOSITE 3000L CYLINDRICAL GREASE TRAP
Installing a grease trap is an essential requirement for restaurants, hotels, and industrial kitchens today. This equipment provides many important benefits, including the following:
Compliance with Regulations and Food Safety Standards
According to the 2020 Environmental Protection Law and the 2010 Food Safety Law, food service businesses must strictly comply with hygiene standards. Using a grease trap helps control grease discharge, thereby reducing pollution and improving food hygiene and safety quality.
Protection of Public Drainage Systems
The grease trap prevents grease and fat from flowing directly into sewer systems, helping avoid blockages and damage to pipelines and wastewater treatment systems. As a result, maintenance costs are reduced and unexpected technical issues are minimized.
Contributing to Environmental Protection
Discharging grease directly into the environment can pollute water sources and seriously affect ecosystems. The grease trap acts as a protective barrier against pollutants entering the environment.
Extending the Lifespan of Wastewater Treatment Systems
When grease is effectively removed, wastewater treatment systems operate more stably with fewer breakdowns. This helps extend system lifespan and reduce operational costs.
Ensuring Kitchen Hygiene
Untreated grease waste can cause unpleasant odors and negatively affect kitchen hygiene. A grease trap helps keep cooking areas clean and improves food quality.

STRUCTURE OF THE ECOPROTEC COMPOSITE 3000L GREASE TRAP

- Consists of one horizontal cylindrical main tank divided into 3 functional compartments.
- The first compartment (twice the size of the other two) includes a waste basket to retain solid impurities.
- The next two compartments help filter and separate remaining grease, ensuring high grease separation efficiency.
PRODUCT INFORMATION
- Capacity: 3000 liters
- Material: Composite
- Warranty: 12 months (according to manufacturer policy)

OUTSTANDING ADVANTAGES
- Lightweight and easy to transport
- Resistant to acids, grease, and chemicals
- Grease separation efficiency above 90%
- Effectively prevents drain blockages
- Diverse and flexible sizes
- Saves maintenance and drain unclogging costs
INSTALLATION POSITION
The tank is installed directly after sinks or wastewater discharge points. Wastewater from sinks flows into the grease trap, passes through grease separation compartments, and is then discharged into the public drainage system or septic tank. It can be installed underground or above ground depending on the construction structure.
CLEANING AND MAINTENANCE GUIDE
- Periodic maintenance: Inspect and clean the tank regularly according to usage frequency to prevent grease accumulation.
- Monitor filling level: When grease reaches near maximum capacity, it should be pumped out and cleaned promptly.
- Tank cleaning: Use specialized equipment to remove grease, then rinse with clean water and environmentally friendly cleaning solutions.
- Waste treatment: Cooperate with licensed waste treatment units to ensure compliance with regulations.
- Use biological products: Periodically add biological agents to decompose excess grease, reduce odors, and prevent blockages.
