PAYMENT POLICY

AT Newtech provides two payment methods for customer transactions as follows:

After receiving your order, AT Newtech will calculate the total order value based on the listed retail prices on our website and inform you of the amount payable.

A. Cash Payment Method

  • With direct payment, customers can place orders via phone, website, email, or the company’s Zalo. Our staff will process the order and confirm the delivery schedule with you.
  • Customers are responsible for paying the full order value to the delivery staff or AT Newtech’s sales/customer service staff.
  • After completing the product inspection and receiving the delivery note, customers should pay the exact amount stated. If you have any questions, please contact AT Newtech for further clarification.

B. Bank Transfer Payment Method

Procedure:

  • Customers transfer payment according to the details provided by AT Newtech, including: amount, company name, account number, bank, and transfer description.

  • After completing the transfer, please notify AT Newtech via phone, Zalo, email, or SMS.
  • Alternatively, customers may contact AT Newtech’s Sales Department at 0911 479 534 (from 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM, Monday to Friday, and 8:00 AM – 12:00 PM on Saturday) to confirm the payment.
  • Once payment is confirmed by the bank, AT Newtech will notify the customer and proceed with order processing and delivery.

Note:
AT Newtech is not responsible for any errors during the transfer process or incorrect transfer information. Customers must work directly with the bank to resolve such issues. The company will only confirm the order once the payment has been successfully received in AT Newtech’s account.
