Product warranty refers to the repair of defects or technical issues caused by the manufacturer.

1. Warranty Coverage

The product is eligible for warranty if:

• The damage is confirmed to be caused by the manufacturer and the product is still within the warranty period.
• The product has not been repaired or modified by any third party.
• The warranty card remains intact, not torn, altered, or erased.

Customers will not be charged for warranty services; however, shipping costs for sending and returning the product will be borne by the customer.

2. Cases Not Covered by Warranty

The product is not eligible for warranty in the following cases:

• The origin of purchase from AT Newtech cannot be verified.
• The warranty period has expired or the warranty card is missing.
• The warranty card is damaged, torn, or no longer intact.
• The product is damaged due to mechanical impact such as dropping, breaking, collision, scratches, deformation, or due to fire or natural disasters.
• The product is damaged due to improper use or not following the user instructions.
• Unauthorized disassembly, modification of product structure, misuse, or use of incompatible components.

3. Paid Repair Services

• For products purchased from AT Newtech but falling under non-warranty cases listed above, the company can provide repair services at a cost (upon customer request).
• Repair fees will be negotiated between AT Newtech and the customer.
